What this website is for

This site lets you tell us about your home and ask for a cleaning quote. It does not take payment and it does not book a cleaning on its own. Sending a quote request starts a conversation — it does not create a contract.

Quotes are estimates until we confirm them

Any price shown or sent to you is based entirely on what you tell us about the property. If the home is significantly larger, in a different condition, or needs work beyond what was described, we will talk to you about it before doing the work — not afterwards on the invoice. A quote becomes a firm price when we have confirmed it with you.

Accurate information

We rely on what you tell us to price the job and to turn up in the right place. Please give us a real address, a working phone number, and honest access notes. If we cannot get in, or the property is not as described, we may not be able to do the work as planned.

Scheduling and changes

Dates and arrival windows you choose on this site are requests, not confirmed appointments, until we come back to you. If we need to move a visit we will tell you as early as we can, and if you need to move one, the arrangement is agreed with you directly — talk to us and we will sort it out.

Access to your home

Cleaning requires access, and access requires trust. Tell us how you want us to get in and how you want the property left. We will follow those instructions. If something about access changes, tell us before the visit rather than on the day.

Tell us. Call (203) 826-4092 or write to ariel.marcelo@macleaningct.com, and do it soon rather than later — the sooner we hear, the more we can do about it. We would far rather fix a problem than have you quietly stop calling.

Using this website

Please use the site for its purpose: asking about cleaning. Do not use it to send automated or bulk submissions, to try to get at parts of it that are not yours, or to interfere with it working for other people.

The text, images and design on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, print and share pages of it; please do not republish it as your own.

If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
