Terms of Service

What this website is for

This site lets you tell us about your home and ask for a cleaning quote. It does not take payment and it does not book a cleaning on its own. Sending a quote request starts a conversation — it does not create a contract.

Your service agreement comes first

When you become a customer we ask you to read and agree to a written service agreement — what we do and do not do, scheduling, pricing, payment, cancellation, access to your home, breakage, photos and how either of us ends the arrangement. You sign it online, you get a copy by email, and you can open it any time from your customer portal. Where anything on this page and your signed agreement say different things, the signed agreement governs. This page covers the website and the quote conversation that comes before it.

Quotes are estimates until we confirm them

Any price shown or sent to you is based entirely on what you tell us about the property. If the home is significantly larger, in a different condition, or needs work beyond what was described, we will talk to you about it before doing the work — not afterwards on the invoice. A quote becomes a firm price when we have confirmed it with you.

Accurate information

We rely on what you tell us to price the job and to turn up in the right place. Please give us a real address, a working phone number, and honest access notes. If we cannot get in, or the property is not as described, we may not be able to do the work as planned.

Scheduling and changes

Dates and arrival windows you choose on this site are requests, not confirmed appointments, until we come back to you. If we need to move a visit we will tell you as early as we can, and if you need to move one, the arrangement is agreed with you directly — talk to us and we will sort it out. Once you have signed a service agreement, its scheduling and cancellation terms apply instead.

Access to your home

Cleaning requires access, and access requires trust. Tell us how you want us to get in and how you want the property left. We will follow those instructions. If something about access changes, tell us before the visit rather than on the day.

If something goes wrong

Tell us. Call (203) 826-4092 or write to ariel.marcelo@macleaningct.com, and do it soon rather than later — the sooner we hear, the more we can do about it. We would far rather fix a problem than have you quietly stop calling.

Using this website

Please use the site for its purpose: asking about cleaning. Do not use it to send automated or bulk submissions, to try to get at parts of it that are not yours, or to interfere with it working for other people.

Our content

The text, images and design on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, print and share pages of it; please do not republish it as your own.

Your privacy

How we handle the details you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is short and worth reading.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top of it.

Talking to us

Anything on this page that is unclear, or that you want to agree differently, is a conversation rather than a form. Call (203) 826-4092 or email ariel.marcelo@macleaningct.com.
