Turnover support for short-term rental hosts with clear access notes, linen arrangements and readiness priorities.
Short-term rental cleaning has a different constraint from an ordinary home visit: the property needs to be ready between guests. Share the checkout time, next check-in time, property size and any same-day changeovers. Coverage and turnaround timing must be confirmed for each plan; submitting a request does not reserve a cleaning window.
Give the team reliable access instructions and a contact for questions. Include any rooms or storage areas that should remain locked and explain what the property should look like when the visit is complete. Consistent written instructions make repeat turnovers easier to coordinate.
Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces and floors should be reviewed alongside the host's readiness checklist. Describe bed configurations, where clean linens are stored and how used linens should be handled. Laundry, linen supply, restocking and consumables require explicit arrangements; they should not be assumed to be included with cleaning.
If furniture, cushions or kitchen items need to return to a particular position, supply a clear reference. List any guest supplies to check and identify who replaces missing items. The quote should distinguish cleaning, staging reset and any additional host-support tasks so expectations remain clear.
Ask how visit notes and readiness concerns should be communicated. Reported damage, missing items or maintenance needs are different from routine cleaning tasks and may require the host's decision. Cleaning does not replace the host's responsibility to resolve hazards, repairs or guest-access issues.
To request a plan, send your Connecticut town, bedroom and bathroom counts, typical guest schedule and linen arrangements. Explain whether you need occasional help or a recurring turnover relationship. If a property needs a deeper reset between seasons, discuss a separate deep-cleaning scope instead of trying to fit it into a tight changeover.
No. Explain your linen supply, storage and laundry arrangements during the quote review so the responsibilities are agreed before the first turnover.
Send the checkout and check-in times with your request. The team must confirm the available window and scope before accepting a same-day turnover.
